This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you as a member ("Member", "User", or "You") and 38vf.

Member Eligibility

To register and use 38vf services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. 38vf conducts periodic age verification checks and reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling activities is fully prohibited under local law.
• Act as a private individual and not in the capacity of an agent, broker, or representative of any other business entity.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or facing insolvency proceedings under the laws of any jurisdiction.
• Registration only one account only using your correct full name and accurate information. Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent closure of your account, depending on the severity of the breach. 38vf reserves the right to determine the appropriate action at our sole discretion.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 38vf support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all relevant terms.

Closure by 38vf: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Fraud, hacking, or illegal activities.
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon instruction from the relevant regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the case. 38vf's decision in such matters is final.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the licensed operations held by 38vf. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations do not produce a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding.
